Little Mouse and Mommy

The question and answer repetition is wonderful for reinforcing language, and the short and simple animal descriptions are a good way to elicit conversation with your little one.

Toes, Ears, & Nose!

This is an adorable lift-the-flap book helpful in introducing your little one to different body parts. As always, Katz’s illustrations are bright and colorful, boasting busy, playful patterns.

I would classify this as a first humor book for toddlers. The very last line of the book is funny.
